Cascade Hops
$7.49
Cascade is arguably the most famous hop in the American craft brewing revolution. Developed in Oregon, it has a unique floral and citrus character that defined the taste of the classic American Pale Ale.
Its moderate bitterness and vibrant aroma, with notes of grapefruit, orange, and light floral undertones, make it incredibly versatile. Cascade is excellent for both bittering and late kettle additions or for dry hopping.
This hop is a reliable choice for brewers looking to create a refreshing, balanced, and recognizable ale.

The Classic APA Hop
If you're brewing an American Pale Ale, you simply have to use Cascade. It's a classic. Bright, citrusy, refreshing. Never fails. Opens up beautifully on the dry hop.
My Go-To Aroma Hop
I add Cascade to almost all of my light ales for aroma. It gives the beer that signature character everyone loves. The fresh harvest smells absolutely divine!
Solid and Dependable
A good, reliable hop. Not as "explosive" as Citra or Mosaic, but for a balanced beer, it's just what you need. Sometimes the alpha acids are on the lower end, so check the batch specs. Otherwise, excellent.
