Centennial Hops
$6.20
Centennial is a classic American hop often referred to as "Super Cascade" due to its similar citrus profile but with a higher intensity and alpha acid content. It is one of the "Three Cs" (along with Cascade and Columbus) that defined the flavor of American IPAs.
The aroma of Centennial is powerful, with bright notes of lemon, grapefruit, and pronounced floral undertones. Unlike Cascade, it is less spicy and more "clean" in its citrus expression. Thanks to its high alpha acid content, it is excellent for both bittering and creating an intense aroma.
This is an extremely versatile hop, perfect for American Pale Ales, IPAs, and Double IPAs, giving them a bright and recognizable character.

Super Cascade Indeed!
The name says it all. It's like Cascade, but better. More citrus, more bitterness, more everything. Perfect for a single-hop IPA. One of my all-time favorite hops.
Clean Bitterness
I use Centennial for the main bittering in my IPAs. It provides a very clean, smooth bitterness without the harshness that can sometimes come from other high-alpha varieties. And the whirlpool aroma is fantastic.
A Classic for a Reason
You can't go wrong with Centennial. It's a time-tested, reliable hop. Perfect for a classic West Coast IPA. Always delivers predictable and excellent results.
