Authentic West Coast Flavor!
This kit is the bomb! The beer turned out exactly how I love it: bitter, aromatic, with a powerful pine-citrus profile. The instructions are very clear. Will definitely buy again.
Great Value and Quality
Excellent value for money. All ingredients are fresh, the malt is well-milled, and the hops are aromatic. Ended up with 5 gallons of excellent IPA. Much easier than sourcing everything separately.
Awesome, but bitter!
The kit is super, but be prepared for the bitterness! This is a real West Coast IPA, not a modern "smoothie". If you love the classics, you'll enjoy it. I might reduce the 60-minute hop addition slightly, but that's a matter of taste.
